Brooks keywords

Understanding a few keywords will help you to better appreciate Brook’s range of shoes.

Cushioning means how the shoe is built to cushion your foot as it hits the ground. Good cushioning means good comfort and good protection for your feet, ankles and joints from injuries.

Stability means how the shoe is built to help solve your pronation problems. Overpronation means your ankles roll inward when your foot hits the ground. Supination (or underpronation) means your ankles roll outward.
